Web site
- Web site is divided into blocks which are shown on top, bottom, left and right sides of the site. Left and right columns may contain several column items. Under top columns there is top menu area, which contains links to existing sections.

CMS site
- There are three top areas – left, middle and right, which can be spanned together.
- There are two footer areas – bottom area and counters area.
- Left and right (or both) columns can be hidden/shown by Super Admin as a whole or in particular section
- Left and right columns width can be managed by Super Admin
- Column items can be in locked/unlocked state (shown or not) - controlled by Super Admin
- Any number of pictures can be uploaded in column content
- There are 4 standard column types for left and right columns – Site Sections, Days Before, Search Internet, and Ordinary Text
