Brizonia CMS 2.5.1 is released

One new module and some of improvements in existing modules.

What's new in this version with respect to 2.5:

Authors module is newly developed

main page shows the list of all authors
author's page shows all contributions of the author (blog items, news items, articles, section items etc)

Admins module

One more level of access is added - Author (in addition to Super Admin and Content Admin)

Users module

Super Admin can define restricted user names (with wildcards, for ex. admin*, user* etc)
Super Admin can define max. file size and max. file quota for "My Files" section

All modules

Super/Content Admins can set "Frozen" status for any editable item (and after that the Author will not be able to edit this item)
